Saturday, November 15
National Judges Course MAT Tumbling/Trampoline
will host the NTJC (National Tumbling/Trampoline
Judges Committee) judging and recertification course
for the state of Iowa.  This course will be held at the
Marshalltown Community College on November 15th
and 16th. Nearly forty individuals from all across the
state will come to Marshalltown for the two days to
become certified or re-certified to judge the sport of
Tumbling/Trampoline. For more information about
learning how to become a certified tumbling/trampo-
line judge, or for more information about the sport of
power tumbling and trampoline, please call MAT at
641-752-6373 Or stop by there club located in the
Meadow Lane mall.

Dmitri Berlinsky concert  Russian violinist Dmitri
Berlinsky is a classical rarity, achieving impeccable
credentials through uncompromising artistry. As the
youngest-ever winner of the Paganini International
Violin Competition, he has studied at both Moscow
Conservatory and The Juilliard School and has per-
formed celebrated concerts in more than 40 U.S. states
and 21 countries. Presented by the Marshalltown
Community Concert Association at theMHS/Community
Auditorium. The concert begins at 7pm. Tickets will be
available for purchase at the door.

Soup  Supper/Cookie Walk. First United Methodist
Church, 202 West Main Street. Cookie Sales begin at 4
PM. Soup Supper 4:30 to 7PM. Free will offering.

Friday, November 21
Central Christian Church invites the public to a
homemade turkey noodle dinner on Friday, Nov. 21.
Serving will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m.; tickets can be pur-
chased in advance (at the church) or at the door the
night of the dinner Free will offering.
